  •  Bronze Stevie Award at the International Business Awards

    Coca-Cola Hungary’s World Without Waste strategy has won the Bronze Stevie Award at the International Business Awards – considered as one of the world’s most wanted award – in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year - in Europe category. 

  • THE SYMBOL OF SUSTAINABILITY 2020 

    The professional jury granted The Symbol of Sustainability 2020 award to Coca-Cola HBC Hungary in the corporate category. In the competition being organized by Trade Magazine for the first time, the company presented their approach to sustainability and their efforts in the fields of environmental protection and corporate ​​social responsibility.

  • IPRA - Golden World Award 2020

    Coca-Cola Hungary’s environmental protection CSR program, the Zero Waste Tisza has won the International Public Relations Association’s award: the program launched to clean River Tisza and its surrounding has earned the prestigious award in two categories.

  • AWARDS FROM THE BEVERAGES CATEGORY

    Nearly a hundred people attended this year’s professional promotions event, which Trade Magazine organized for the 12th time and was held online due to the unusual circumstances. Based on the opinion of the ten jury members and the focus group tests, all awards from the Beverages category was given to Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary.

  • COMMUNITAS AWARDS

    Two social responsibility programs of CocaCola Hungary won the international Communitas Awards this year: the Zero Waste Tisza River program, launched to clean the Tisza and its surroundings, and #YouthEmpowered, helping young people find work on the labor market. Each year, the Communitas Award is given to corporate initiatives where NGOs and public organs join hands to achieve results in treating certain social phenomena.

  • THE HUNGARIAN BUSINESS LEADERS FORUM (HBLF) "BUSINESS WORLD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AWARD" 2019

    This was the 12th time HBLF Business World for the Environment Awards have been handed over – the professional jury announced winners in five categories recognising companies that performed outstandingly well in environment protection and sustainability.

  • The most attractive workplace in the FMCG sector in 2019

    The Most Attractive Workplace Awards 2019 were handed over in many categories. Coca‑Cola HBC was ranked first in the FMCG category. Y and Z generation youth choose workplace based on flexible workhours, stability and satisfactory base salary.

  • Effekt 2030 award - The #YouthEmpowered program 

     Business that creates opportunities, Economy of the future, Green balance and Everyone’s society – these were the categories in which Effekteam has awarded the different environmental and social investment programs of companies. This year’s winners were awarded during the Közösség. Hatás. Jövő. (Community. Effekt. Future) conference.

  • FUZETEA has won Product of the Year Award in the category of ice teas

    This was the eighth time Product of the Year Awards have been handed over on the 4th March 2019. This year, premium category products and goods of comfort have caught up with healthy products, the shooting stars of the last few years.

  • Best FMCG Employers Excellence Awards 2017

    On 28 September PwC Hungary and Trade magazine presented the Best FMCG Employers Excellence Awards for the first time, as part of the programme of the Business Days conference – the winners were selected by students.

  • POPAI Awards Hungary 2016

    In the category of non-perishable food, Coca‑Cola HBC shone like a star, receiving not only the third prize for its Cappy premium wood display but the second prize as well, for its Coca‑Cola cross-category credenza display.

  • CSR Hungary Award 2016

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary is among those 16 winners who were awarded with the CSR Hungary Award in 2016. Our Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body program received the award in the category Common responsibility – Common Affairs.

  • Prizma Award 2016

    Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body's „Move your body bus stop" won silver award on Kreatív Prizma, one of the most renowned professional award in the communication industry to identifying the best PR projects and agencies of the country.

  • Shopper Best Practice Award for Coke - 2016

    The joint campaign from Coke and Vodafone RED won the Shopper Best Practice Award in the 'Activating in retail impact' category in the first quarter of 2016. This award for CSE countries is announced by The Coca‑Cola Company every quarter; countries can submit their in-store activation and execution initiatives.  

  • Best New Product 2016

    Hungary received an award in the Best Product Introduction category from BPW (Beverage Partners Worldwide), the NESTEA brand owner company born from collaboration between The Coca‑Cola Company and Nestlé, for introducing NESTEA cinnamon-apple ice tea. BPW distributed six awards in February 2016 among countries in Europe and to Canada. Hungary won the Best Product Introduction award for NESTEA cinnamon-apple ice tea and the integrated marketing campaign for NESTEA winter tea, which was a part of the Double Winter Tea activation.

  • Global Brand Excellence Award 2016

    At the prestigious Global Brand Excellence event in Malaysia, Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body, our active healthy lifestyle (AHL) program, received the Sustainable Brand award. During these 11 years, over 3 million people have taken part in Coca‑Cola Hungary's AHL events, in which the Coca‑Cola system has invested over HUF 1 bn.

  • The Company Runs - 2015

    Runners from our company took a prestigious 23rd place in the "Running company" series organised by BSI (Budapest Sports Office). BSI announced a separate category in six of its events in 2015, where company employees crossing the finish line could earn participation and performance points for their companies.

  • Community Trust Award for Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body - 2015

    Coca‑Cola Hungary’s Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body programme, promoting active, healthy lifestyles, has won the Community Trust award of the Hellenic group, outperforming the programmes from Russia and Italy in the final. Our General Manager, Minas Agelidis, and Éda Pogány, Coca‑Cola HBC Group External Affairs Director and former Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary PA&C Director, received the accolade at the Coca‑Cola HBC Leadership Conference held in Athens in February 2015.

  • Best point of sale materials 2015

    Our point of sale materials won four POPAI awards: in the temporary display category, the XMAS truck display came second and activation wall for NaturAqua PlantBottle third, while our Coke & Meal fridge shaped display and contour glass won first and second places respectively in the permanent display category. The POPAI awards celebrate creativity, innovation and excellence in-store.

  • Most successful promotions of 2014

    We won two awards from Trade Magazine for the most successful promotions of 2014: The Famous Grouse 360° campaign came out top, while the Modern Trade campaign for the Coca‑Cola Christmas promotion was runner-up.

  • Hungary's sportiest company 2015

    We were voted Hungary’s sportiest company in 2015. Challenge Day was launched in Canada in 1982, where the leaders of two neighbouring towns decided to start a full-day competition to see which town was sportier. The competition has been organised in Hungary since 1991 and companies have been able to apply since 2015. Its purpose is to promote the benefits of sports and exercise at work as well as to draw attention to the importance of sport at work.

  • Kreativ Prizma Silver Award 2014

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary and our PR agency, Uniomedia were recognised for our joint 2014 Leadership Forum Internal Communications campaign.

  • Gold certification

    European Water Stewardship Standard Gold Certification – certificate was awarded to Hungary for the Zalaszentgrót natural mineral water bottling plant.

  • Digital Communications Awards

    Our Coca‑Cola “Wake Your Body” programme was a finalist in the Beverage Innovations Awards.

  • Most Desirable Employer 2014

    Aon Hewitt’s annual survey named Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary as the most desirable employer in the FMCG sector.

  • Sales Insight Award

    We won a Sales Insight award from Trade Magazine for the most effective sales activity and sales manager.

  • CSR Best Practice Award for the Danube Flow! project

    This award is granted every year by the Hungarian Public Relations Association to the best CSR project. The objective of Danube Flow! was to promote the sustainable use of the river.

  • Third Greennovation Awards

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary received an award for saving Szabadság island and rehabilitating its natural environment.

  • Beverage Innovation Award 2013

    In the soft drink industry’s Oscars, Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary’s “Wake Your Body” calorie balance campaign won first place for Best Health Communication initiative.

  • Promotion of the Year 2013

    Our Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body programme and partnership with Spar Marathon was named Promotion of the Year in the Non-FMCG category by Trade Magazin.

  • CSR in Practice

    Our Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body programme was recognised with an Exemplary CSR in Practice Award from the Hungarian Public Relations Association.

  • Social Investment Award

    Our “Wake Your Body” programme took third place in the Hungarian Donors Forum’s Social Investment Awards.

  • Most Desirable Employer 2013

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary is the second most attractive company for which to work in the FMCG sector in 2013 – and sixth overall – according the
    Most Desirable Employer survey, compiled by Aon Hewitt and AIESEC.

  • Product of the Year 2013

    Nestea Zöld green tea with Stevia won Product of the Year 2013.

  • Best promotion of the year 2013

    Our promotions won four awards from Trade Magazin in 2013: gold and silver in the Beverages category, gold in the HoReCa (Hotel Restaurant Café) category and gold in the non-FMCG category.

  • Success at the Hungaropack awards

    Our refillable glass bottle packaging for Fanta and refillable bottle for NaturAqua mineral water were both recognised by the Hungaropack packaging competition run by the Packaging and Material Handling National Association.

  • Greennovation Grand Prix award

    We won the FMCG Greennovation production category's special award for Mineral water with green energy.

  • Product of the Year 2012

    Pear-lemongrass flavoured NaturAqua Emotion was crowned Product of the Year for 2012.

  • Best Employer 2012

    We were named 2012’s Best Employer in the FMCG category in Aon Hewitt’s annual survey.

  • Promotion of the Year 2012

    Our Coca‑Cola EURO 2012 soccer promotion took first place in the Drink category, with Fanta’s “Back to School” promotion coming in second.

  • European Business Award

    Representing Hungary, we won a European Business Award for environmental protection and sustainable business practice in the FMCG sector.

  • A winning in-store display

    We were awarded first place in the lasting permanent display – modular display category by POPAI Hungary. The POPAI Awards celebrate creativity, innovation and excellence in-store.

  • Corporate Volunteer Programme of the Year

    Our commitment to corporate volunteering was recognised by a Programme of the Year award from the Volunteer Centre Foundation.

  • CSR Best Practice 2011

    We won a CSR Best Practice Award from the Hungarian PR Association for our Corporate Volunteer Programme.

  • Prizma Creative PR Award

    Our introduction of SAP won a Prizma Creative PR award for internal 

  • Cyclists welcome

    The Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Rural Development have recognised Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary as a bicycle-friendly workplace.

  • Packaging waste award

    We won the packaging waste award in Recomplex’s competition for businesses’ selective waste collection.

  • Volunteering award

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary won a Special Award for volunteering from CSR MarketPlace, the forum for sharing best practice.

  • Multiple accolades at the Promotion of the Year awards 2011

    The winners were: “Coca‑Cola is 125” for added value (runner up) and most successful promotion (third), “Bacardi & Coke Fusion Night” for most successful promotion (runner up) and Cappy partner incentive programme (third and POPAI special award in the HORECA [Hotel Restaurant Café] category).

  • We're a bicycle-friendly workplace

    We’ve been recognised with a Bicycle-Friendly Workplace award from the Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Rural Development.

  • Investing in potential

    We came top in the FMCG category in the ‘Your Future Potential’ survey run by AISEC, the global platform for young people to explore and develop their potential.

  • Best Employer 2010

    We were recognised as the Best Employer in the FMCG sector in this annual survey from Aon.

  • Reputation Rating 2010

    Coca‑Cola HBC ranked eighth in Braun & Partners Reputation Rating research into companies in Hungary. The research is based on five factors: credibility, leadership, corporate citizenship, recognition and emotional closeness.

  • Danube work wins CSR award

    We won a CSR Best Practice award in 2010 for our Danube’s education package, Danube Box. The awards are run by the Hungarian PR Association.

  • Recognition for Naturaqua

    Our non-carbonated Naturaqua natural mineral water won a Hungarian Quality House award in 2010.

  • Beverage Innovations Award 2009

    Our ‘Wake Your Body” programme took first place for Best Health Communication Initiative in these soft drink industry Oscars.

  • Reputation Rating 2009

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary ranked ninth in Braun & Partners Reputation Rating research into companies in Hungary in 2009. The research is based on five factors: credibility, leadership, corporate citizenship, recognition and emotional closeness.

  • Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body wins at Social Commitment Awards

    The programme was recognised for its contribution to sport for the general public in the Figyelő Top 200, a survey of the 200 most successful companies in Hungary by the Figyelő economic weekly.

  • CSR Best Practice 2009

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary was recognised for its CSR by the Hungarian PR Association.

  • Promotion of the Year 2009

    The Coca‑Cola loyalty programme was runner up in the most successful promotion of the year category.

  • Top in the Your Potential Future survey

    This survey of university and college students from 25 institutions voted Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary the most desirable company in the FMCG sector

  • Green Office Certificate

    We won a Green Office certificate in the Corporations category from KÖVET, an organisation for sustainable economies.

  • Healthy Workplace

    We won a Best Practice Award for our healthy workplace from the American Chamber of Commerce. AmCham Hungary is one of the largest American Chambers of Commerce in Central and Eastern Europe, representing American, international and local business interests in Hungary.

  • Heart–healthy Workplace 2009

    We were awarded first place for most Heart-Healthy Workplace in the corporate sector.

  • Good CSR programme

    We were recognised for the best industry-specific CSR report by Braun & Partners Hungary.

  • Beverage Innovation Awards 2008

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary was a finalist for “Best Sustainability Initiative” in these soft drink Oscars.

    We took two awards: social engagement of the year (winner - Coca‑Cola Hungary Wake Your Body) and product packaging of the year (winner – Cappy 1 litre PET).

    We were recognised as Hungary’s most heart-healthy corporate workplace.

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary has been recognised as the second most heart-healthy workplace in Hungary.

    Our Wake Your Body movement festival for women was a winner in the corporate category.

  • Progressive Magazine Professional Awards 2007

    Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary received three accolades at Progressive Magazine’s Professional Awards: Logistical Solution of the Year (winner); Social Engagement of the Year (Certificate of Merit) and Young Manager of the Year (Certificate of Merit).
