MOST ATTRACTIVE WORKPLACE IN THE FMCG CATEGORY - 2024
Coca-Cola HBC Hungary has been named the most attractive workplace in the FMCG sector for the sixth consecutive year in the Randstad Employer Brand Research. The results of the survey were presented on the 25th of April 2024 in Budapest, where the winners of the Randstad Award were announced for the eleventh time in Hungary.

Coca-Cola HBC Hungary has been voted the most attractive place to work in the FMCG sector again in the Randstad Employer Brand Research. The results of the research and the winners of the Randstad Award 2023 were announced for the tenth time in Hungary, at the end of April 2023.
Special Mention award at the Factory of the Year Project Competition
The technology magazine GyártásTrend organized the Factory of the Year Project Competition for the first time this year, where innovative industrial projects that improve production efficiency were recognized.At the contest, the Robot Picking investment of Coca-Cola HBC Hungary won a Special Mention award in the category “Industry Supply Chain Project of the Year”.
SEVEN PALINKAS OF RÉZANGYAL WERE AWARDED AT THE NATIONAL PALINKA AND GRAPE PALINKA COMPETITION
Seven palinkas of Rézangyal brand that is part of the premium spirit portfolio of Coca-Cola HBC Hungary has been awarded at the 2022 National Palinka and Grape Palinka Competition. One of the seven products nominated by the company received a gold certification, while three products got silver and other three won bronze awards.

PwC Hungary has surveyed the job preferences of young and experienced employees in Hungary for the sixth time. PwC’s Most Attractive Employer Awards were also announced: Coca-Cola Hungary has won in the FMCG category for the fourth time.
CSR Excellence Award in the Community commitment
category
Coca-Cola Hungary's #YouthEmpowered programme, which aims to help young people to find their way on the labour market, has received the bronze award of the international CSR Excellence Award. The programme was awarded among international competitors in the Community commitment category, which focuses on those programmes that help communities in different ways. The CSR Excellence award is granted each year for those corporate social responsibility programmes that had great impact on conquering social inequalities or have worked on environmental protection.
First place in two categories in the "Most Successful Promotion of the Year" competition
Coca-Cola HBC Hungary has won the first place in both the HoReCa and Drink category in Trade Magazine's "Most Successful Promotion of the Year" competition. The professional jury found that the company’s “Open Like Never Before” campaign supported restaurants and cafes during the summer reopening with an outstanding message and activity. In the Drink category, the Monster Energy Halo Gaming Consumer Promotion finished at the top of the podium.
The committee of 20 independent experts has come together for the 14th time this year and found Coca-Cola HBC Hungary worthy of bearing the Business Superbrands 2021 trademark for the first time.

PwC Hungary has surveyed job preferences among young people and experienced professionals for the fifth time, and Coca-Cola Hungary has won the Most Attractive Employer Award in the FMCG category for the third time.
Most Attractive Workplace in the FMCG category - 2020
As in previous years, PwC Hungary has once again conducted its employee preference survey in 2020. One of the novelties of this year is that beside students and career starters, PwC has also assessed the job expectations of experienced workers. Based on the votes of respondents aged between 16 and 28, awards were given to the winners of the industry categories, including Coca-Cola Hungary.
After winning in 2018 and 2019, Coca-Cola HBC Hungary have once again received the “Display of the Year” award. The winner of the “Small” category is the Fuzetea display, the second place winner in the “Non-permanent Installation” category is the Monster Truck, and the minibus designed for the Open Like Never Before campaign took first place in the same category, winning the Display of the Year title.
BCSDH’s For a Sustainable Future 2020 Award
At the Virtual Business lunch of the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary (BCSDH), the “For a Sustainable Future” awards were presented at the event this year in an atypical way, as not only were outstanding leaders and corporate solutions recognized, but also sustainability initiatives that have been implemented during the pandemic.
The Effekteam Association has awarded Coca-Cola Hungary’s activities both in the Green Balance and Outstanding Supporter categories. This year’s Effect 2030 Awards were presented at the conference titled “Community.Effect.Future - The 4 Faces of Corporate Responsibility”. This year, companies were able to apply not only in the general categories, but also in the COVID-19 Solutions for Community subcategories created in response to the pandemic.
Bronze Stevie Award at the International Business Awards
Coca-Cola Hungary’s World Without Waste strategy has won the Bronze Stevie Award at the International Business Awards – considered as one of the world’s most wanted award – in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year - in Europe category.
The professional jury granted The Symbol of Sustainability 2020 award to Coca-Cola HBC Hungary in the corporate category. In the competition being organized by Trade Magazine for the first time, the company presented their approach to sustainability and their efforts in the fields of environmental protection and corporate social responsibility.
Coca-Cola Hungary’s environmental protection CSR program, the Zero Waste Tisza has won the International Public Relations Association’s award: the program launched to clean River Tisza and its surrounding has earned the prestigious award in two categories.
Nearly a hundred people attended this year’s professional promotions event, which Trade Magazine organized for the 12th time and was held online due to the unusual circumstances. Based on the opinion of the ten jury members and the focus group tests, all awards from the Beverages category was given to Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary.
Two social responsibility programs of Coca‑Cola
Hungary won the international Communitas Awards this year: the Zero Waste Tisza
River program, launched to clean the Tisza and its surroundings, and
#YouthEmpowered, helping young people find work on the labor market. Each year,
the Communitas Award is given to corporate initiatives where NGOs and public
organs join hands to achieve results in treating certain social phenomena.

The Most Attractive Workplace Awards 2019 were handed over in many categories. Coca‑Cola HBC was ranked first in the FMCG category. Y and Z generation youth choose workplace based on flexible workhours, stability and satisfactory base salary.
Business that creates opportunities, Economy of the future, Green balance and Everyone’s society – these were the categories in which Effekteam has awarded the different environmental and social investment programs of companies. This year’s winners were awarded during the Közösség. Hatás. Jövő. (Community. Effekt. Future) conference.
FUZETEA has won Product of the Year Award in the category of ice teas
This was the eighth time Product of the Year Awards have been handed over on the 4th March 2019. This year, premium category products and goods of comfort have caught up with healthy products, the shooting stars of the last few years.
On 28 September PwC Hungary and Trade magazine presented the Best FMCG Employers Excellence Awards for the first time, as part of the programme of the Business Days conference – the winners were selected by students.
POPAI Awards Hungary 2016
In the category of non-perishable food, Coca‑Cola HBC shone like a star, receiving not only the third prize for its Cappy premium wood display but the second prize as well, for its Coca‑Cola cross-category credenza display.
CSR Hungary Award 2016
Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary is among those 16 winners who were awarded with the CSR Hungary Award in 2016. Our Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body program received the award in the category Common responsibility – Common Affairs.
Prizma Award 2016
Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body's „Move your body bus stop" won silver award on Kreatív Prizma, one of the most renowned professional award in the communication industry to identifying the best PR projects and agencies of the country.
Shopper Best Practice Award for Coke - 2016
The joint campaign from Coke and Vodafone RED won the Shopper Best Practice Award in the 'Activating in retail impact' category in the first quarter of 2016. This award for CSE countries is announced by The Coca‑Cola Company every quarter; countries can submit their in-store activation and execution initiatives.
Best New Product 2016
Hungary received an award in the Best Product Introduction category from BPW (Beverage Partners Worldwide), the NESTEA brand owner company born from collaboration between The Coca‑Cola Company and Nestlé, for introducing NESTEA cinnamon-apple ice tea. BPW distributed six awards in February 2016 among countries in Europe and to Canada. Hungary won the Best Product Introduction award for NESTEA cinnamon-apple ice tea and the integrated marketing campaign for NESTEA winter tea, which was a part of the Double Winter Tea activation.
Global Brand Excellence Award 2016
At the prestigious Global Brand Excellence event in Malaysia, Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body, our active healthy lifestyle (AHL) program, received the Sustainable Brand award. During these 11 years, over 3 million people have taken part in Coca‑Cola Hungary's AHL events, in which the Coca‑Cola system has invested over HUF 1 bn.
The Company Runs - 2015
Runners from our company took a prestigious 23rd place in the "Running company" series organised by BSI (Budapest Sports Office). BSI announced a separate category in six of its events in 2015, where company employees crossing the finish line could earn participation and performance points for their companies.
Community Trust Award for Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body - 2015
Coca‑Cola Hungary’s Coca‑Cola Wake Your Body programme, promoting active, healthy lifestyles, has won the Community Trust award of the Hellenic group, outperforming the programmes from Russia and Italy in the final. Our General Manager, Minas Agelidis, and Éda Pogány, Coca‑Cola HBC Group External Affairs Director and former Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary PA&C Director, received the accolade at the Coca‑Cola HBC Leadership Conference held in Athens in February 2015.
Best point of sale materials 2015
Our point of sale materials won four POPAI awards: in the temporary display category, the XMAS truck display came second and activation wall for NaturAqua PlantBottle third, while our Coke & Meal fridge shaped display and contour glass won first and second places respectively in the permanent display category. The POPAI awards celebrate creativity, innovation and excellence in-store.
Most successful promotions of 2014
We won two awards from Trade Magazine for the most successful promotions of 2014: The Famous Grouse 360° campaign came out top, while the Modern Trade campaign for the Coca‑Cola Christmas promotion was runner-up.
Hungary's sportiest company 2015
We were voted Hungary’s sportiest company in 2015. Challenge Day was launched in Canada in 1982, where the leaders of two neighbouring towns decided to start a full-day competition to see which town was sportier. The competition has been organised in Hungary since 1991 and companies have been able to apply since 2015. Its purpose is to promote the benefits of sports and exercise at work as well as to draw attention to the importance of sport at work.
Kreativ Prizma Silver Award 2014
Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary and our PR agency, Uniomedia were recognised for our joint 2014 Leadership Forum Internal Communications campaign.
Gold certification
European Water Stewardship Standard Gold Certification – certificate was awarded to Hungary for the Zalaszentgrót natural mineral water bottling plant.

Our Coca‑Cola “Wake Your Body” programme was a finalist in the Beverage Innovations Awards.
