At Coca-Cola HBC Hungary Ltd. we are committed to observing the health and safety regulations applying to our employees and related to our business activities. Through the application of an occupational health and safety system, our management is dedicated to preventing and minimising risk, injuries and fatal accidents resulted from the use of vehicles at work. We also warn our employees to always drive safely even during private life.

To this end:

• Our goal is to comply with all legal requirements for traffic, drivers and vehicles.
• We communicate regulations and responsibilities relating to the use of vehicles to all employees and affected subcontractors.
• We ensure all employees have the chance to participate in special driving and training programs defined by TCCC and CCF-IBC.
• We consider safety a high priority when selecting drivers and vehicles thereby providing safe working environment during vehicle related activities.
• We closely monitor the latest technical innovations and consider their application in order to improve safety of vehicles and introduce them if possible.
• We comply and enforce compliance with regulations referring to drivers' employment and the allowed load capacity of vehicles.
• We run and maintain repair and maintenance processes that guarantee safe operation of our fleet on roads.
• We determine driving routes with regard to road safety risks caused by fatigue.
• We investigate circumstances of accidents and take measures to prevent future similar incidents.
• We analyse and evaluate indicators of our fleet and vehicles to be able to implement changes in line with our business plans.

We will strive to create awareness of the risks of fatigue and distraction such as using mobile phones, reading maps and programming satellite navigation systems during driving.

We are committed to the continuous development of our fleet safety compliance, and present results achieved in the annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report.

This Fleet Safety Policy applies to all employees of Coca-Cola HBC Hungary Ltd., and it is also strongly recommended to our contractual partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
