A guide to developing mental resilience – New educational materials on Coca-Cola HBC Hungary’s #YouthEmpowered platform

After introducing various modules focused on sustainability, Coca-Cola HBC Hungary’s #YouthEmpowered program has expanded its free online trainings with new materials aimed at supporting users in their personal growth.

Resilience and adaptability are crucial in both professional and personal spheres. The newly released resources are designed to help users learn how to strengthen these essential skills.

Resilience, often referred to as flexibility, is the ability of individuals to recover, adapt and move forward when faced with difficulties, stressful situations and challenges. This ability is like a willow that bends but never breaks. When the storms of life try to bring us down, resilience enables us to adapt and maintain our balance.

Resilience is not merely about avoiding difficulties but also about learning and growing through our experiences. A resilient person, for instance, can recognize that challenges often come with opportunities, not just obstacles.

The Guide to Developing Mental Resilience I and II courses aim to introduce users to practical strategies for building resilience and equip them with tools to grow stronger despite difficulties. These resources empower individuals to emerge from crises - whether work-related or personal - stronger and wiser, enhancing their mental resilience and problem-solving mindset.

The skills taught in these materials are essential for job seeking, retaining employment and preventing burnout. Dr. Erika Sinkó, developmental trainer and business coach, collaborated on these courses as a partner of the #YouthEmpowered program.

We wish you a great learning experience!
