Check out our latest Sustainability Report on our website

Our latest Sustainability Report has been published on our website which includes not only business successes of the year 2018, but how we did our best and what we will do in the future to meet our obligations deriving from our responsibility as a large company.

We started our #YouthEmpowered program in 2017 which helps youth acquire valuable skills and knowledge useful when looking for job. In 2018, we developed this program further and launched the series of events #futuremom helping young mothers return to the labour market. Last year 3589 youngsters got involved into the program. Besides this, we made important commitments to continuously reducing the amount of plastic waste and recycling. Coca‑Cola HBC Group vowed to recollect as many PET bottles and aluminium cans that the company uses and increase the proportion of recycled PET in plastic bottles to 50% by 2030 within the framework of the World Without Waste Program. Together with the Hungarian Mineral Water, Fruit Juice and Soft Drinks Association we pledged to reduce the sugar and calorie content of our products by 50% as compared to 2010 by 2020 and we reached 43% reduction by 2018.

Our revenue grew by 13 percent, and our sales volume increased by 5 percent in 2018. We implemented investments in a record value, a total of HUF 7.5 billion, the most important of which was the enlargement of our Dunaharaszti site with 13 hectares of land. We confidently pursue our strategic goals aiming to turn our company into a Total Beverage Company serving our consumers 24/7, each hour of the day, so we introduced new products and categories last year.

It is highly important for us that our company operates transparently, and our internal and external stakeholders are not only aware of our goals, but they can even shape it by giving us feedbacks.
