The Award of Excellence was given to companies that were most often named as the best places to work within the FMCG sector according to PwC’s (PricewaterhouseCoopers) survey. The „Best of FMCG Employers Excellence Award 2019 Students’ Choice” Award was presented to the four most often mentioned FMCG companies: two producers – including Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary – and for the first time this year two commercial companies.
Based on the survey, it turns out that the possibility of flexible working hours, predictable workload and satisfactory salary are the most important factors to young people when it comes to choosing the ideal workplace.
Oltea Ceraceanu, HR Director at Coca‑Cola HBC said: „Being recognized by Hungarian students as a desirable place to work is a huge honour for us. The younger generation is our future talent and we are delighted to hear what they have say about what an ideal workplace means for them. By knowing their expectations, we will be well-prepared to welcome them in our company as our junior team members.”
Out of the 56 thousand people that can be found on PwC Hungary Kft.’s database 36 thousand took part in the survey. The goal of this survey was to shed some light on the preferences that secondary school and university students have when they enter the job market. 51% of them are currently studying at university, 28% are working and 18% are in secondary school.
