Q: How often do new positions get advertised on the career page?

A: As soon as a position opens up, we advertise it. It’s worth to visit our career page on a regular basis so you don’t miss out on any opportunities.


Q: How do I apply for a position at Coca-Cola HBC Hungary?

A: On the careers page of our website, there is a link to search and apply for jobs at Coca-Cola HBC Hungary. You will be asked to enter criteria to search for positions that may interest you. Once you find a job you are interested in and have clicked on the 'Apply' button, you will be asked to create a profile on our platform. Our vacancies are usually also advertised on local job boards, recruitment portals, LinkedIn or other locally relevant channels, so you can also use these channels to start the application process.

 

Q: I can’t find any relevant advertised positions, what should I do to ensure that my CV will be available for Coca-Cola HBC Hungary for future opportunities?

A: Join our Talent Network! Sign-up, select the departments that interest you the most and receive notifications about hand-picked job openings tailored to your profile.

 

Q: I am not able to upload my CV due to technical reasons./ I can't upload my document because they are too big. What should I do?

A: Please resize the documents and try again. Usually converting files into a Word or PDF format or pictures into a JPG file helps. If the problem persists contact our Recruitment team: Hungary.Careers@cchellenic.com. Please note that because of GDPR regulations we are not allowed to receive CVs via e-mail. 

 

Q: Can I apply using my LinkedIn profile?

A: In case you have a Linkedin profile which contains your career experience, education, and language knowledge, you are recommended to apply using LinkedIn. In case your CV represents more, we suggest attaching it when applying.

 

Q: Is a motivation letter a must when applying?

A: In case you would like to highlight more of your relevant professional experience and motivation, it can be useful to attach a motivation letter.

 

Q: Who will have access to my data after registration?

A: Only the recruitment team members of Coca-Cola HBC Hungary and the position’s Line manager.

 

Q: How do I know that  you received my application?

A: In order to apply for a position at Coca-Cola HBC Hungary, you should create a profile on our careers website and apply for the position you are interested in. Once you have created a profile, you will be automatically notified about each step in the application and selection process. So, if you applied for a position, you should’ve received a confirmation e-mail(in the inbox of the e-mail you used to create the profile).

 

Q: Can I apply for more than one role at a time?

A: Yes, you can apply for as many vacancies that match your skills, experience and career aspirations as you like.

 

Q: What are the test types that you are using in the selection process?

A: We use aptitude tests, situational judgement tests, gamification, group and individual simulation exercises, and role plays during the selection process. Regardless of the position you are applying for, all information about the associated tests will be provided in advance, along with instructions on the actions you will need to undertake.

Q: What can I expect at an interview?

A: An interview is usually one of the final stages of our selection process, where our team would like to know more about you, your experience and skills. For details of each part of the selection process, please see the infographic below. We normally conduct competency-based interviews with open questions about yourself. At the interview you will have the opportunity to ask questions as well.


Q: How should I prepare myself for the interview?

A: Start by reflecting on your previous experiences, career aspirations, motivation, strengths and developmental areas, critical skills and experiences. Provide examples for them and think of how they can contribute to the new role. Research the position and get relevant info about it.

 

Q: When can I expect feedback?

A: We value your time and energy you invest into your application! After each stage of the selection process, candidates receive feedback from the Coca-Cola HBC Hungary Talent Acquisition team either by phone or email. Candidates who have been interviewed can usually expect feedback by phone.

 

Q: If I was not selected for a position, can I apply for another one?

A: We encourage you to do so, we post new positions on a regular basis.
