Systems and standards
Every day we strive to meet external and internal expectations, including various standards, the strict requirements of The Coca‑Cola Company and legislation, as well as the continuously growing demands of our consumers and commercial partners.
We believe at Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary that our business success is based on the consistently high quality of the products we distribute, as well as on the quality of service we provide.
We are committed to ensuring our continuous development through applying appropriate management systems and standards, thereby enhancing the trust and recognition of the products and brands we distribute.
Accordingly, our soft drink bottling plant in Dunaharaszti and NaturAqua bottling plant in Zalaszentgrót possess the ISO 9001 quality system certificate, FSSC 22000 Food Safety System certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, as well as OHSAS 18001 occupational safety and safety control certification.
Our policy is to meet all legal, statutory and food safety requirements for food production and distribution, as well as regulations within the corporate Group, and to manufacture and supply to our partners products that meet the highest quality standards.
The company's quality assurance system specifies key measurement figures and value limits, and establishes the frequency of the tests. All production phases are strictly controlled, from bottling up to the storage of finished products. This is how the continuous and consistently high quality of products is maintained.
Their excellent quality is combined with the high standard of our service in the course of our delivery, storage, sales, beverage machine service and other business activities.
Minimising our environmental impact is a core target for us. We are able to achieve this through the operation of our environmental management system and implementation of policies aimed at its continuous improvement.
Health and Safety Management System
We operate our Health and Safety Management System in all our activities following the OHSAS 18001 (MEBIR 28001) standard, as well as other occupational health standards and requirements set by the management of the company.
Using this system, we aim to minimise and control health and safety risks associated with our activities, and to create the right environment and working conditions for our employees, contractual partners and visitors as well.
To meet increasing demand, we continuously improve our quality, food safety, labour and fire safety and environmental processes and systems, as well as our capabilities, thereby ensuring that all of our employees' commitment to sustainability also increases.
