A recent survey conducted by CCHBC Hungary among the students of the four universities revealed that they are enthusiastic about dual training. When it comes to job seeking, most of them consider the possibility of professional development more important than salary.
Practical training is the first step to this direction. Our company has signed a dual training agreement with four Hungarian universities. With this new cooperation, the company can get qualified workforce, universities can provide an innovative way of training for the students and they will be able to gain degrees that are more valuable than others. This year, our youth programmes will support more than 30 students in gaining valuable working experience.

Students would like to have knowledge that can be used in the labour market, therefore most of them appreciates the start of dual training in education, —revealed the survey our company conducted late last year. Surprisingly, in addition to this aspect, students considered the possibility of professional improvement more important than high salary. The research confirms: the company’s decision about starting a dual training with food and mechanical engineer students of four Hungarian universities was right. The co-operation agreement was initialized by CEO Minas Agelidis and the representatives of Szent István University, Pannon Univrsity, Óbudai University and Szegedi University in the presence of Dr. István Nagy Deputy Minister of Agriculture and the Representatives of the State Secretariat for Higher Education.

Through the recent co-operational agreement, our company will receive a continuous replenishment of excellent work force, who are prepared for the challenges of the 21st century. The dual training is beneficial for all parties; the student, the company and the university. During the training, students will gain work experience at industry leader companies. With all our youth programmes, our company provides valuable experience for more than 30 students altogether. In addition, the students receive salary for the entire duration of the training. Participants will be leaving university with three and a half years of work experience, therefore, they can find better jobs easier.
