Coca‑Cola HBC brings the great taste of Costa Coffee to the Hungarian market

The 28-market strong Coca‑Cola HBC unveils a new range of Costa Coffee products to enjoy at-home, at-work, and on-the-go. Hungary is among the first European countries to launch the Costa brand, since The Coca‑Cola Company acquired it last year.

Zoran Bogdanovic, CEO of Coca‑Cola HBC stated: “This is an exciting move with an exceptional brand that continues to build the strength of our portfolio and our business efficiency. We are delighted to be able to offer our customers an at-home Costa Coffee experience for their shoppers/consumers to enjoy. We are working hard with our customers in cafes, bars, and hotels to offer Costa Coffee when it is safe for them to reopen. This move reinforces the strength, breadth and flexibility of our portfolio and marks the start of our long-term plan to provide Costa Coffee for our 28 markets.”

Coca‑Cola HBC will offer a wide range of blends and formats as well as a unique set of services & benefits that will make the Costa experience the best coffee experience. The portfolio will include whole beans, roast & ground coffee, and various coffee pods. The company also provides a broad range of fully supported coffee machines and other services that secure a great in-cup result, as well as best in class training, and technical support.  Although opening new franchise coffee shops is not part of these plans, current Costa Coffee franchisees in our country play an essential role in building and strengthening brand recognition.
